Benefit Details

One replacement charging solution per year for your originally purchased charging solution, one annual reapplication of liquid screen protection available in the 11th month of each year that you are subscribed, and a $25 monthly coupon for each month that you are subscribed.
Eligible charging solutions include any products categorized in the cable, car charger, wall charger category with a non-discounted retail price between $29.99 and $59.99.
Once your subscription has had 3(three) successful monthly installments or 1 (one) successful Annual installment and the 30 day return window has closed, you may request a replacement charging solution if yours has been lost, damaged, or stops functioning. Visit any BeMobile location for your replacement charging solution.
Just come in and ask! There is no requirement to bring in your damaged or non-functioning charging solution.
The reality with BeMobile program provides 1 (one) identical product replacement per year on active enrollment. If the identical product is no longer available, a similar option will be provided. Alternative manufacturers, item numbers, or product specifications may be provided as a replacement.
A unique reapplication code will be delivered to the email that you provide at registration after 11 months of enrollment in the reality with BeMobile program. Bring that code into any BeMobile location to have your liquid screen protection reapplied and your screen insurance extended. Failing to reapply and extend your insurance between 11 and 12 months of enrollment will result in a lapse of screen insurance coverage.
Your reapplication month will remain in the same month as it was when you originally subscribed. You can either wait for your next reapplication period to have new liquid screen protection applied to your new device or purchase a liquid screen protection for your new device and maintain your reapplication month as it was when you originally subscribed.
As a reality with BeMobile subscriber, you are eligible for a replacement liquid screen protector if you have to replace your device due to manufacturing defect or file a claim and receive a warranty replacement screen or device.
The customer must still visit the manufacturer website to record the new registration pin in order for the screen insurance to be extended.

Purchase a charging solution (cable, car charger, wall chargers) with a non-discounted retail price between $29.99 and $59.99 and a liquid screen protector. reality with BeMobile will provide replacement and reapplication of your qualified purchase for the duration of your subscription.
Visit one of our BeMobile locations or reality.bemobile.com/my-account/ to check the status of your subscription.
We will send the majority of all pertinent information via email to the email address, and via SMS to the phone number that you provide at registration. Be sure not to unenroll or block any communication from reality@bemobile.com.

Billing Details

Your credit card will be charged each month on or within a business day of the same day that you began your monthly subscription or each year on or within a business day of the same day that you began your annual subscription.
Visit My Account to update your payment method with new credit card information.
Yes, if you purchase a liquid screen protector and eligible charging solution for a gift, you would have the opportunity to register in reality with BeMobile for the giftee.
We hope you are happy with your purchase and excited for you to take advantage of the benefits of the reality with BeMobile program. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation does not return any amounts paid for monthly or annual subscriptions. You are welcome to utilize the benefits of your subscription until the end of the period that you have purchased.
